It’s there. That feeling in the pit of your stomach. Your conscious telling you it’s time. It’s time to break up, but how? What do you say? Where do you do it? When? How? How will they react? So many questions.
Breaking up is hard to do. That’s why I am writing this post! I’ve been there and I, like you, had all of these questions and worries. In today’s vlog, Susan and I discuss how to do this someone and the three usual reactions.
Before we dive in, I HIGHLY suggest you download our four page “Break Up Guide“.[Click the title and scroll down to find it]. It walks you through all five steps of the process: general guidelines, the actual break up, how to handle the three usual responses, what to do immediately afterwards, and what to do after a few weeks. It is very thorough and should answer all of your basic questions.
